Chrome Extension

The Facilities Finder Chrome extension puts facility-level data in front of you on every company website you browse. Open any prospect's homepage and the extension instantly shows every real facility that company operates — plants, warehouses, distribution centers — keyed to exact lat/long, not a corporate mailing address.

What the extension does

• Instant parent-company footprint. Land on a prospect's site; the extension reads the domain and surfaces every US facility owned by that company.
• Plant-level decision-makers. For each facility, see the contacts tied to that plant — plant manager, operations, purchasing, quality, maintenance — not HQ staff.
• Unlock contacts in-page. Unlock emails and phone numbers without leaving the tab — no need to switch to the web app. Credits come from your team balance; unlocks sync to your account immediately.
• Works on any site. No special integration required. Open a company website, the extension reads the domain, and data appears.

Installing

1. Open the Chrome Web Store and install the Facilities Finder extension
2. Pin it to your toolbar (click the puzzle-piece icon, then the pin next to Facilities Finder)
3. Click the extension icon and sign in with your Facilities Finder account
4. You are ready — the extension is active on every tab

Typical workflows

Mid-research lookup. You are on a prospect's website reading their About page. Click the extension — see every plant they operate, pick the closest to your territory, unlock the plant manager's email, and you have a warm intro target in under a minute.

Parent rollup from LinkedIn. You found a Director of Operations on LinkedIn and landed on the company website. The extension shows the full US facility footprint, so you can confirm which plant the Director is likely responsible for before you reach out.

Territory expansion. You are evaluating whether a company has any facilities inside your territory. The extension tells you instantly, with exact addresses and lat/long.

Verifying a lead. Your CRM says "headquartered in Minneapolis." The extension shows the company actually operates 47 facilities across 22 states. Useful context before the first call.

What unlocks cost

Unlocks through the extension consume credits from your team balance — same pricing as the web app:

• Email: 1 credit per contact, one-time
• Phone: 10 credits per contact, one-time

Email and phone can both be unlocked from the extension or from the web app — use whichever is faster in the moment. Once unlocked, the contact is permanent and shared with your team. No one on your account ever pays to unlock the same person twice.

Account sync

The extension uses your Facilities Finder login — no separate account. Every unlock, list add, or note you make from the extension shows up in the web app immediately. Lists and tags your team has created are available inside the extension.

Privacy

The extension only activates on tabs you are on; it does not track browsing history and does not exfiltrate page content. It reads the domain of the current tab, queries our backend, and renders results. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Troubleshooting

Extension shows "No match" on a real company. We may not yet have that company in our database, or their website domain may not match their legal entity. Try a direct search in the web app using the company name.

Unlocks not appearing in the web app. Sync is near-real-time. If a contact you unlocked in the extension is not visible in the web app, refresh your browser tab.

Signed out unexpectedly. The extension session follows your Facilities Finder session. Re-sign in from the extension icon; nothing is lost.
