Facility Search is the core of Facilities Finder. Search, filter, and explore 600,000+ US industrial facilities across all 50 states — every plant, branch, and warehouse indexed as a first-class record.

Two ways to search

AI Search (default). Type what you are looking for in plain English at the top of the page. Our AI ranks all 600K+ facilities by semantic match — powered by 35,000+ AI-generated industry classifications and 7 million+ products indexed per facility. See the AI Search doc for examples and tips.

Hard filters (sidebar). Stack exact filters on top of AI Search or use them on their own: territory, industry, products, employee count, revenue, certifications, custom tags. Every filter combines with AI Search — not a separate mode.

Two views, same data

• Table View — Detailed spreadsheet-style view with customizable columns, sorting, and infinite scroll
• Map View — Geographic visualization with clustering and interactive pins

Both views share the same filters. Switch between them freely.

Key capabilities

AI-powered semantic search. Natural language in, ranked facilities out. Stack hard filters on top to tighten the result set.

Parent-company rollup. Search a parent company name and get every US facility they operate — plants, warehouses, distribution centers — not just HQ.

Powerful filtering. Multiple filters combine to narrow to your exact target segment. Location, industry, products, revenue, employee count, EPA flags, certifications, and more.

Bulk selection. Select individual facilities or use Select All to work with everything matching your filters (up to 10,000).

Export. Download filtered results as CSV. Exports use credits from your team balance (re-exports of already-unlocked facilities are free).

Company drawer. Click any facility to open a detailed side panel — company info, every facility they operate, decision-makers at the plant, and your notes/tags.

List integration. Add facilities to saved lists for organization and follow-up. Team-shared notes and tags sync across every list they appear in.

Understanding the sidebar

Hard filters in the sidebar, in the order they appear:

1. Location — Territory, States, or Radius
2. Lists — Filter by list membership (include/exclude)
3. Industries — Manufacturing categories (sits on top of the 35,000+ AI classifications)
4. Company Type — Manufacturer, Supplier, Distributor, Service Provider, Fabricator
5. Revenue — Annual revenue range
6. Products — What facilities produce
7. Tags — Your team's custom tags
8. Status — Unlock/export status
9. Company Name — Free-text search

Click More Filters for additional options: Business Structure, Keywords, Employee Count, Certifications, Sustainability, and more.

You can customize which filters appear in the sidebar — click the gear icon in the filters header, toggle filters on/off, drag to reorder. Preferences are saved automatically.

Typical search workflow

1. Start with AI Search — Type a natural-language query describing what you want
2. Apply territory — Restrict results to your geographic area
3. Add hard filters — Narrow by size, products, certifications, tags
4. Review in Table View — Scan the detailed data
5. Switch to Map View — See geographic distribution and clustering
6. Select facilities — Individual checkboxes or Select All (up to 10K)
7. Take action — Add to list, export to CSV, unlock contacts, or open the company drawer

Result count

The header always shows current matches:

• "X facilities match your filters" — when any filter is active
• "X facilities total" — when no filters are applied

The count updates in real time.

The Exclude List

Every account has a special Exclude List that automatically hides facilities from search results. Use it to:

• Remove facilities you will never sell to
• Hide competitors or accounts another rep owns
• Clean up long-running search noise

Facilities in the Exclude List are hidden from every search but still accessible directly from the Lists section.

Chrome extension

The same AI Search that powers the web app is available on every tab via the Chrome extension. Open a prospect's website — the extension shows every facility that company operates, with unlock actions in-page. See the Chrome Extension doc for setup and workflows.
