Request removal of your personal information

If you believe Facilities Finder stores your personal information and you would like it removed, you can submit a request using the form below. This applies to business contacts whose information may appear in our database — you do not need a Facilities Finder account to make this request.

If you have a LinkedIn profile, providing the URL helps us locate your record faster

What Happens Next

  1. We confirm receipt of your request
  2. We locate and verify your data in our systems within 45 days
  3. We remove your personal information and confirm completion

What Information Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we remove:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Job title and employer information
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Any other personal identifiers linked to your record

Data We May Retain

  • Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Data required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes
