We provide this information to our customers, who are businesses trying to reach manufacturing professionals for their own business-to-business sales activities.
Making business contact information available to our paying subscribers may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time.
You can opt out of our database by visiting our Delete My Data page. At the Delete My Data page you can submit a request to access, delete, or correct the information we may hold about you, or opt out of having your information shared with our customers. Using the Delete My Data page is the quickest and easiest way to access your information or have it deleted or corrected. By remaining in our database, you may be contacted by our customers when they are conducting their business-to-business sales activities. Communications you receive from our customers may be relevant to your profession or employment role, but we cannot guarantee that you will find such communications to be relevant or of interest to you.
FacilitiesFinder collects data about people and companies from multiple sources. The sections below describe the types of information we collect and how we collect it.
Business Contact Information. FacilitiesFinder creates a directory of business contact information for professionals working at manufacturing facilities across the United States (the "Directory"). Business Contact Information that may appear in the Directory includes:
FacilitiesFinder makes Business Contact Information from its Directory available to the users of our site and our customers.
Website Visitor Data. FacilitiesFinder may also collect and process data obtained from cookies and similar technologies placed on our site. These technologies collect and record information such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, pages viewed, time and date of visit, and other similar information. We may link this information to other information we hold about individuals. Additional information is provided in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.
Customer Data. FacilitiesFinder collects and processes data related to customers' use of our services and other information from customers as described further in the How Does FacilitiesFinder Handle Customer Information section below.
Public Sources. We collect publicly available information from government databases, public business directories, and publicly available professional profiles.
Third-Party Data Providers. FacilitiesFinder may license or otherwise obtain business contact information from third-party data providers. We require our third-party data providers to represent that their data was lawfully collected and that they have the right to provide such data to us. We may use this information to enhance the information that we already maintain and to improve the accuracy of our records.
Information Submitted Through Our Site. Visitors to our site may choose to submit their name, email address, phone number, and/or other information to learn more about our services, contact us, or submit a data request. Information is also collected about site visitors through cookies and other similar technologies as further described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.

Use of Customer Information. Customer Information may be used for FacilitiesFinder's legitimate business interests in connection with a customer's use of the site, including to respond to user inquiries and fulfill user requests, complete transactions, provide customer service, send administrative information, and to personalize user experience with the site. We share Business Contact Information with our customers for their business-to-business sales activities. Our customers' use of such information is subject to our Terms of Service.
FacilitiesFinder may disclose Business Contact Information and other information to our service providers as necessary to help us carry out our business activities. These service providers include hosting, payment processing, analytics (including Google Analytics), and email communications providers, and are only authorized to process personal information as specifically directed by us.
We may disclose collected information, including Business Contact Information, to a third party if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or desirable: (i) to comply with lawful requests, subpoenas, search warrants, or orders by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; (ii) to address a violation of the law; (iii) to protect the rights, property, or safety of FacilitiesFinder, its users, or the public; or (iv) to allow FacilitiesFinder to exercise its legal rights or respond to a legal claim.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may share information with your consent.

How to submit a request. Visit our Delete My Data page or email info@facilitiesfinder.com.
If you request removal, your information will be deleted from our Directory and will no longer be visible to or shared with our customers. We maintain a suppression list to ensure that removed information is not re-added to our database from public sources in the future.
Identity verification. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. You may be contacted at the email address you provide for verification purposes.
Response timelines:
Confirmation. When your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Appeals. If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal by emailing info@facilitiesfinder.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is also denied, you may contact your state's Attorney General to file a complaint.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised a right described in this Policy. We do not offer financial incentives for the collection, sale, retention, or deletion of your personal information.

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed Identifiers and Professional or employment-related information to our customers as described in this Policy, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws. We have not sold or shared Internet or electronic network activity, Geolocation data, or Commercial information.
Our database focuses on business contact information for manufacturing facility decision-makers across the United States. We do not target or knowingly collect personal information from residents of any specific state. Certain state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), may grant residents specific privacy rights regarding personal information. To the extent any state consumer privacy law applies to information we process, we honor the rights described in this section for all individuals regardless of state of residence.
We retain personal information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose for which we collected it, as described in this Policy.
After the applicable retention period ends, we will delete the personal information. Where we are unable to do so, we will ensure that appropriate measures are put in place to prevent any further use of such information.
Data Security. FacilitiesFinder uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and authentication measures to protect personal information. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy. Our site is not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. We do not sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Information for Individuals Outside the U.S. FacilitiesFinder is a US-based service focused on US manufacturing facilities. Data is stored and processed in the United States. Links to Other Sites. Our site may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by FacilitiesFinder. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This Policy applies only to information collected by our site.
