Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 12, 2026

I. Introduction

FacilitiesFinder collects business contact information related to individuals working at manufacturing facilities in their professional or employment capacity. We use this information to create a directory of business contacts at manufacturing facilities across the United States. We provide this information to our customers, who are businesses trying to reach manufacturing professionals for their own business-to-business sales activities.

Making business contact information available to our paying subscribers may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time.

You can opt out of our database by visiting our Delete My Data page. At the Delete My Data page you can submit a request to access, delete, or correct the information we may hold about you, or opt out of having your information shared with our customers. Using the Delete My Data page is the quickest and easiest way to access your information or have it deleted or corrected. However, if you prefer to email us, you can reach us at info@facilitiesfinder.com.

By remaining in our database, you may be contacted by our customers when they are conducting their business-to-business sales activities. Communications you receive from our customers may be relevant to your profession or employment role, but we cannot guarantee that you will find such communications to be relevant or of interest to you.

II. How We Collect Information

FacilitiesFinder collects data about people and companies from multiple sources. The sections below describe the types of information we collect and how we collect it.

Disclosures to Customers and Users

We share Business Contact Information with our customers for their business-to-business sales activities. Our customers' use of such information is subject to our Terms of Service.

Disclosures to Service Providers

FacilitiesFinder may disclose Business Contact Information and other information to our service providers as necessary to help us carry out our business activities. These service providers include hosting, payment processing, analytics (including Google Analytics), and email communications providers, and are only authorized to process personal information as specifically directed by us.

Disclosures for Legal Reasons

We may disclose collected information, including Business Contact Information, to a third party if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or desirable: (i) to comply with lawful requests, subpoenas, search warrants, or orders by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; (ii) to address a violation of the law; (iii) to protect the rights, property, or safety of FacilitiesFinder, its users, or the public; or (iv) to allow FacilitiesFinder to exercise its legal rights or respond to a legal claim.

Other Disclosures

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may share information with your consent.

V. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Most websites, including our site, use a feature of browsers to set a small text file called a "cookie" on a computer. The site placing the cookie can then recognize the computer when the user revisits the site. There are two main categories of cookies:

  • First-Party Cookies. Served directly by us to visitors of our site.
  • Third-Party Cookies. Served by a third party on our behalf for analytics and other similar purposes.

When individuals visit our site, our servers automatically record certain information that the web browser sends, such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, pages viewed, time and date of visit, and other similar information.

We also use localStorage, a form of client-side browser storage. localStorage data is stored only in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

FacilitiesFinder does not use cookies or tracking technologies to identify or track individuals whose information appears in our Business Contact Directory. Cookies and tracking technologies are only used for site visitors and registered users of our platform.

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the site to function, including authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional storage: Used to remember your preferences, such as display settings and cookie consent choices. Stored via cookies and browser localStorage.
  • Analytics cookies (consent required): Used to understand how visitors interact with our site, including Google Analytics. These are only loaded after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner and are never loaded if you click "Essential Only" or take no action.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., on our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the site, compile reports on site activity, and provide other services related to site usage. The technologies used by Google may collect information such as IP address, time of visit, whether a visitor is a return visitor, and any referring website. The information generated by Google Analytics will be transmitted to and stored by Google and will be subject to Google's privacy policies. To learn more about Google's partner services and to learn how to opt out of tracking by Google, click here.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Individuals are free to decline cookies and can configure their browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, erase cookies, or notify the user when a cookie is set. Electing to reject or disable cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our site.

  • Cookie banner: Choose "Accept All" or "Essential Only" when you first visit our site
  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies
  • Google Analytics opt-out: Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on

Global Privacy Control

There is no industry standard for Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, and we do not respond to DNT signals. However, we recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as required by applicable state privacy laws.
