Request removal of your personal information

If you believe Facilities Finder stores your personal information and you would like it removed, you can submit a request below. This applies to business contacts whose information may appear in our database — you do not need a Facilities Finder account to make this request.

To get started, enter your email address and we will send you a verification link.

Enter the email address you would like to submit a privacy request for. We will send you a verification link to confirm you own this email.

What Happens Next

  1. We verify your email address
  2. You complete and submit your privacy request
  3. We locate and verify your data in our systems within 45 days
  4. We remove your personal information and confirm completion

What Information Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we remove:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Job title and employer information
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Any other personal identifiers linked to your record

Data We May Retain

  • Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Data required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes
