All Employees View
View and filter all employees across a company's facilities.
The All Employees tab provides a comprehensive view of everyone who works for a company across all their facilities. This is especially useful for large companies with multiple locations.
Accessing All Employees
- Click any facility in the search results
- Open the Company Drawer
- Click the All Employees tab
What You See
Employee Table
A table showing:
- Name — Employee name and title
- Department — Department(s) they work in
- Function — Job function(s)
- Level — Seniority level
- Distance — Miles from selected facility
- Likely Location — Which facility they're probably at
- Email — Unlocked email or "Get" button
- Phone — Unlocked phone or "Get" button
Nearby Workers Counter
Shows how many employees are within 60 miles of the selected facility. This count updates based on your current filters.
Result Count
Shows total employees found (e.g., "156 employees found").
Distance-Based Sorting
Employees are automatically sorted by distance from the selected facility:
- Closest employees appear first
- Distance is calculated from the employee's location to the facility
- Employees without location data appear at the end
This helps you identify people who are most likely to work at or visit the facility you're targeting.
Likely Facilities
For each person, the "Likely Location" column shows which facility they're most likely based at:
- Primary facility — The closest facility to their location
- Additional facilities — Other facilities within 20 miles of the closest
This is displayed as badge pills showing city and state.
Filtering Employees
Use the filter row at the top to narrow results:
Department Filter
Select one or more departments:
- Operations
- Sales
- Engineering & Technical
- Finance
- IT
- HR
- Marketing
- C-suite

- Design/Creative
Level Filter
Filter by seniority:
- C-suite
- VP
- Director
- Manager
- Senior
- Entry
- Intern
Function Filter
Filter by job function:
- Store Operations
- Sales
- Operations
- Procurement
- Security
- Administrative
- Engineering
- Customer Service
- HR
- Field Sales
- Finance
- Product Management
- R&D
- Logistics
- Warehouse
Verified Filter
Toggle to show only verified employees.
Search
Free-text search by name or title.
Clear Filters
Click Clear all to reset all filters.
Pagination
Large employee lists are paginated:
- Choose page size: 25, 50, or 100 per page
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
- Page numbers shown in the footer
Unlocking Contacts
From the All Employees table:
- Find the employee you want
- Click Get in the Email or Phone column
- Credits are deducted
- Contact info is revealed in the table
Or click on any employee to open the Person Modal for more details and unlock options.
Progressive Loading
Contact unlock status loads progressively:
- The employee table loads first (fast)
- Email/phone unlock status fills in shortly after
- This ensures you can start reviewing employees immediately
Use Cases
Finding Nearby Decision Makers
Filter by Level = Director/VP and sort by distance to find senior leaders near your target facility.
Identifying Procurement Contacts
Filter by Function = Procurement to find purchasing decision-makers across all locations.
Company-Wide Outreach
For enterprise deals, review all employees to identify multiple stakeholders across different facilities.
Territory Planning
Use the distance sorting and nearby workers count to prioritize which facilities to target based on decision-maker proximity.

Start with Filters
For large companies, always start by filtering. This makes the list manageable.
Check Multiple Facilities
Switch between facilities using the dropdown to see distance calculations from different perspectives.
Use the Nearby Counter
The nearby workers counter helps you identify which facilities have more decision-makers nearby.
Look at Likely Locations
The likely facilities column helps you understand where each person is probably based, even if you're viewing from a different facility.
