Company Drawer
View detailed facility information in the side panel.
The Company Drawer is a slide-out panel that shows detailed information about a company and its facilities. It appears when you click on any facility in the search results.
Opening the Drawer
Click any row in the Table View or any pin in the Map View to open the Company Drawer.
Drawer Layout
The drawer is divided into several sections:
Header
- Company name
- Business type
- Quick stats (facilities, employees, revenue)
Facility Selector
If the company has multiple facilities, you can switch between them using the dropdown at the top of the drawer.
Tabs
The drawer has multiple tabs for different types of information.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab shows facility-specific information:
Status
A dropdown to set the facility's status:
- New
- Contacted
- Qualified
- Not Interested
- Customer
Status helps you track where each facility is in your sales process.
Tags
Add custom tags to categorize facilities:
- Click the + button to add tags
- Click × on a tag to remove it
- Tags sync across all your lists
- See the Tags section for more details
Lists
Shows which lists this facility belongs to:
- Click Add to List to add to more lists
- Click × on a list pill to remove from that list
- The Exclude List appears with special red styling
Notes
Add notes about this facility:
- Notes sync across all your lists
- Notes are private to your account
- Use for call notes, observations, etc.
Facilities Tab
Shows all facilities for this company:
- List of all locations
- Distance from your location (if set)
- Address for each facility
- Click any facility to view its details
People Tab
Shows employees at the current facility:
- Name and title
- Department and function
- LinkedIn profile link (if available)
- Unlock buttons for email and phone
Click any person to open the Person Modal with more details.
All Employees Tab
Shows all employees across all company facilities:
Sorting
Employees are sorted by distance from the selected facility.
Filtering
Filter employees by:
- Department
- Level (C-suite, VP, Director, etc.)
- Function
- Verification status
- Search by name or title
Nearby Count
Shows how many employees are within 60 miles of the selected facility.
Contact Unlock
For each employee:
- Email — Click "Get" to unlock (10 credits)
- Phone — Click "Get" to unlock (100 credits)
Likely Facilities
Shows which facility each employee is most likely based at, calculated by distance.
Deals Tab
Shows deals associated with this facility:
Existing Deals
- List of all deals for this facility
- Deal name, stage, value
- Click to open deal details
Create Deal
Click New Deal to create a deal for this facility.
Using the Drawer Efficiently
Quick Navigation
Use the facility dropdown to quickly switch between locations without closing the drawer.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Press Escape to close the drawer
- Use Tab to navigate between elements
Keep Notes Updated
Add notes after every interaction so you remember context for next time.
Use Tags Consistently
Create a tagging system that works for your workflow (e.g., by product interest, urgency, or source).
Check All Facilities
A company with multiple facilities might have different opportunities at each location. Check them all.
