Finding Contacts

Finding the right contacts is essential for sales success. Facilities Finder provides multiple ways to discover decision-makers at manufacturing facilities.

People Tab

The People tab in the Company Drawer shows employees at the selected facility.

What You See

• Employee name and title
• Department and function
• LinkedIn profile link (when available)
• Unlock buttons for email and phone

Limitations

The People tab shows only employees at the currently selected facility. For all company employees, use the All Employees tab.

All Employees Tab

The All Employees tab shows all employees across all company facilities.

Features

Distance Sorting Employees are sorted by distance from the selected facility. This helps you find the people most likely to work at or near that location.

Nearby Workers Count See how many employees are within 60 miles of the selected facility.

Likely Facilities For each person, see which facility they're most likely based at (calculated by distance).

Filtering Filter by:

• Department (Operations, Sales, Engineering, etc.)
• Level (C-suite, VP, Director, Manager, etc.)
• Function (Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, etc.)
• Verification status
• Search by name or title

Pagination Results are paginated (25, 50, or 100 per page) for performance with large companies.

Finding the Right Person

By Title

Search for specific job titles:

• "Plant Manager"
• "Procurement"
• "Maintenance Director"
• "Operations Manager"

By Department

Filter to relevant departments:

• Operations for facility managers
• Procurement for purchasing decisions
• Engineering for technical products

By Level

Filter by seniority:

• Director/VP for strategic decisions
• Manager for day-to-day purchasing
• C-suite for enterprise deals

Person Modal

Click any person to open the Person Modal with:

• Full contact details
• LinkedIn profile link
• Email unlock button (with credit cost)
• Phone unlock button (with credit cost)
• Option to add to deals

The modal is where you unlock contact information and associate people with sales deals.

Tips for Finding Contacts

Start with Facility People

If you're targeting a specific location, start with the People tab to see who works there.

Use Nearby Workers

The nearby workers count helps identify facilities with more potential contacts.

Filter Strategically

Use filters to find the specific roles you need:

• Selling to procurement? Filter for Procurement function
• Targeting operations? Filter for Operations department

Check Multiple Facilities

Large companies may have different decision-makers at each facility. Check all relevant locations.

Verify Before Unlocking

Review title, department, and LinkedIn profile before spending credits on unlocking contact info.
