Adding Facilities to Lists

Different ways to add facilities to your lists.

Once you've created lists, you can add facilities in several ways. This guide covers all the methods and best practices.

From Facility Search (Recommended)

The most common way to add facilities to lists.

Individual Selection

  1. Go to Facility Search
  2. Apply filters to find your target facilities
  3. Click the checkbox next to each facility you want
  4. Click Add to List in the header
  5. Select your target list from the dropdown
  6. Click Add

Bulk Selection with Select All

  1. Go to Facility Search
  2. Apply filters to narrow your results
  3. Click Select All in the header
  4. All filtered facilities are selected (up to 5,000)
  5. Click Add to List
  6. Select your target list
  7. Click Add

Mixed Selection

You can also combine approaches:

  1. Click Select All to select all filtered facilities
  2. Uncheck specific facilities you want to exclude
  3. Add the remaining selection to a list

From Company Drawer

For adding individual facilities while reviewing their details.

  1. Click any facility in the search results
  2. The Company Drawer opens
  3. Go to the Overview tab
  4. In the Lists section, click Add to List
  5. Select a list from the dropdown
  6. The facility is added immediately

If the company has multiple facilities, you can switch between them using the facility dropdown and add each one to different lists.

Adding All Company Facilities

To add all facilities for a company at once:

  1. Open the Company Drawer
  2. View the Facilities tab to see all locations
  3. Use the checkbox in the Facilities tab header to select all
  4. Click Add to List

This is useful when you want to work with an entire company, not just one location.

What Gets Added

When you add a facility to a list:

  • The facility is linked to the list
  • The parent company is also tracked for organization
  • Your notes and tags for the facility travel with it
  • No duplicates — adding the same facility twice has no effect

Removing Facilities

From Company Drawer

  1. Open the facility's Company Drawer
  2. Go to the Overview tab
  3. Click the × on the list badge you want to remove

From List View

  1. Navigate to Lists
  2. Open the list
  3. Find the company/facility
  4. Click the remove button

Bulk Remove

Currently, facilities must be removed individually. Consider using the Exclude List if you want to hide facilities from search results.

Troubleshooting

Facility Not Showing in List

  • Wait a moment and refresh — changes are sometimes delayed
  • Check if the facility was removed from the list
  • Verify you're looking at the correct list

Select All Not Working

  • Ensure you have fewer than 5,000 results
  • Add more filters to narrow your search
  • Check for any error messages in the interface

List Full

  • Lists have a 10,000 facility limit
  • Create additional lists to organize more facilities
  • Consider using tags instead of separate lists for subcategories
