Your First Search

Learn how to find facilities matching your target criteria.

Now that you have a territory set up, let's find facilities that match your target criteria.

Starting a Search

  1. Navigate to Facility Search in the sidebar
  2. If you have a default territory, it's already applied
  3. The sidebar shows available filters
  4. Results appear in the main table area

Using Filters

Filters narrow your search to find exactly the facilities you're looking for. Filters work together — each one you add further refines the results.

Essential Filters

Location — Three options:

  • Territory — Your saved territory boundaries
  • States — Select one or more US states
  • Radius — Search within X miles of a location

Industries — Select manufacturing categories:

  • Chemicals
  • Metals & Metal Products
  • Plastics & Rubber
  • Food & Beverage
  • And many more...

Products — Filter by what facilities produce or handle

Refining Filters

Revenue — Set minimum and/or maximum annual revenue:

  • Useful for targeting enterprise accounts or SMBs
  • Revenue shown in ranges (e.g., $10M-$50M)

Employees — Set employee count range:

  • Larger facilities often mean larger deals
  • Filter out one-person shops if needed

Company Type — Filter by business activity:

  • Manufacturer
  • Supplier
  • Distributor
  • Service Provider

Additional Filters

Click More Filters to access:

  • Business Structure — B2B, B2C, B2G, etc.
  • Keywords — Free-text industry keywords
  • Certifications — ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.
  • Sustainability — Companies with sustainability initiatives

Reading Results

Table View

The default view shows results in a table:

  • Company Name — Click to open the Company Drawer
  • Business Type — What the company does
  • Categories — Industry classifications
  • Products — What they produce
  • Employees — Employee count range
  • Revenue — Annual revenue range
  • Location — City and state

Result Count

The header shows how many facilities match your filters. This updates as you add or remove filters.

Sorting

By default, results are sorted by relevance (distance + revenue). You can also sort alphabetically.

Viewing on the Map

Click Map View in the header to see facilities geographically:

  • Facilities appear as pins on the map
  • Clusters form when many facilities are close together
  • Click a cluster to zoom in
  • Click a pin to open the Company Drawer
  • Hover over pins to see quick info

Limit: Map view shows up to 10,000 facilities. Add filters if you have more results.
