Export Limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum facilities per export | 10,000 |
| Maximum file size | ~50 MB |
| Processing time | 30-60 seconds for 10K facilities |
If your filters match more than 10,000 facilities, add more filters to narrow your search before exporting.
What's Included in the Export
The CSV includes all available data for each facility:
- Company name
- Address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Phone number
- Website
- Business type
- Industries and categories
- Products
- Revenue range
- Employee count
- Certifications
- Description
- And more...
Export Status Filter
Use the Export Status filter to segment your searches:
- All — Show all facilities
- Unlocked — Only facilities you've already unlocked (free to re-export)
- Not Unlocked — Only facilities you haven't unlocked yet
This is useful for:
- Exporting only new facilities (Not Unlocked)
- Re-exporting your unlocked database (Unlocked)
Troubleshooting
Export Taking Too Long
Large exports (5,000+ facilities) may take up to a minute. The job runs in the background — you'll be notified when it's ready.
Missing Data
Some facilities may have incomplete data. This is due to the underlying data sources, not the export process.
Best Practices
Export in Batches
Instead of exporting 10,000 facilities at once, consider exporting by:
- Geographic region
- Industry segment
- List membership
This makes the data more manageable.
Track What You've Exported
Use lists to organize facilities you've exported. This helps avoid re-exporting the same facilities unnecessarily.
Budget Credits
Monitor your credit balance before large exports. The export modal shows the exact cost before you confirm.
Combine with CRM
Export data to import into your CRM system. Most CRMs accept CSV imports.
